By accessing mylink.ie or creating an account, you ("Client", "User", "You") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. If you are using mylink.ie on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
mylink.ie is a subscription-based bio link management platform that allows users to create and manage:
The platform is accessible via web browser at mylink.ie and via iOS and Android mobile applications.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a user of mylink.ie and to transact on the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to minors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].
6.1 Billing
mylink.ie operates on a recurring subscription basis — weekly, monthly, or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout. Billing begins upon activation of your subscription.
6.2 Subscription Management via Chargebee
We use Chargebee, a third-party subscription management system, to handle all billing, invoicing, payment method updates, and subscription changes. Your subscription details are managed through the Chargebee customer portal, accessible at:

To access the portal, use the email address you provided during checkout (whether on the free trial or a paid plan). Through the portal you can:
6.3 Welcome Email & Activation Confirmation
Upon activation of your subscription — whether a free trial or a paid plan — you will receive a welcome email to the address used at checkout. This email contains your subscription summary, plan details, next renewal date, estimated charge, and a direct link to your Chargebee customer portal. Please retain this email for your records.
6.4 Payment Authorisation
By clicking "Subscribe" or "Pay", you authorise Proceed Interactive Marketing Group LTD to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your chosen plan. You authorise Us to store your payment details via Chargebee and automatically charge them on each renewal date.
6.5 Accepted Payment Methods

Payments are accepted in EUR and USD. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records.
6.6 OFAC Compliance
We will not trade with or provide services to individuals or entities on OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned lists, in accordance with applicable EU and international law.
6.7 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Where a free trial is offered, full access to paid features is granted for the trial period at no charge. At the end of the trial period, your subscription automatically converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the trial end date. No charge is made during the trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Chargebee customer portal at:

Log in using the email address you used at checkout. If you need assistance, you can also contact our support team at [email protected] and we will process the cancellation on your behalf.
Cancellation stops future billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial subscription date, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method only.
After the 30-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
Service activation may take up to 24 hours from the time of payment. The billing cycle begins from the activation date. The service remains available for the duration of the active subscription.
Upon successful activation, you will receive a welcome email to the address used at checkout, containing your subscription summary, plan details, next renewal date, payment method on file, and a link to manage your subscription via the Chargebee portal. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact [email protected].
mylink.ie includes an optional mini-shop feature that enables you to sell products or services directly from your bio link page. To use the mini-shop, you must connect your own Stripe or PayPal merchant account.
You are solely responsible for:
Proceed Interactive Marketing Group LTD does not process, hold, or have access to any funds generated through your mini-shop. We are not liable for transactions between you and your customers.
12.1 Platform IP
Unless otherwise stated, Proceed Interactive Marketing Group LTD and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for the mylink.ie platform, software, design, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your active subscription for your own lawful purposes.

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish on your mylink.ie pages. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and deliver your content to visitors of your public pages as part of the service.

We use cookies to enable core platform functionality and to understand how the platform is used. By using mylink.ie, you agree to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy at mylink.ie/app/privacy-policy/.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Proceed Interactive Marketing Group LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational damage. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no representations or warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content stored on the platform will never be lost. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important link data.
Your use of mylink.ie is governed by our Privacy Policy at mylink.ie/app/privacy-policy/. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as a company registered in Cyprus, European Union.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at mylink.ie/app/terms-conditions/. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
