We are the data controller responsible for personal data collected through mylink.ie and the mylink.ie dashboard.
2.1 Account Data
When you register for mylink.ie, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted). If you register via a third-party login, we receive basic profile information from that provider.
2.2 Payment Data
When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment providers (Visa/Mastercard via JCC Payment Systems, and PayPal). Subscription management — including billing, invoices, and payment method updates — is handled through our Chargebee customer portal at proceedinteractive.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login. We do not store your full card number. We retain only the last four digits, card type, and expiry date for reference. All payment data is handled by our payment processors in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
2.3 Your Bio Link Content
When you create bio links, profile pages, or mini sites on mylink.ie, we store the content you provide including links, images, text, and media. This content is stored to deliver the service to you and is displayed publicly if you choose to share your mylink.ie page.
2.4 Mini-Shop Data
mylink.ie includes an optional mini-shop feature. If you enable the mini-shop, you connect your own Stripe or PayPal merchant account. Transactions through your mini-shop are processed directly between your customers and your payment account. We do not process, hold, or have access to funds from your mini-shop sales.
2.5 Visitor Analytics Data
When visitors access your public mylink.ie page, we collect anonymised analytics data including page views, click counts, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data is made available to you in your dashboard and is not shared with third parties.
2.6 Usage Data
We automatically collect data about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, session duration, IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
2.7 Mobile App Data
If you use the mylink.ie mobile app (iOS or Android), we collect the same account and usage data described above. The app does not access your device contacts, camera, microphone, or other device features without your explicit permission.
2.8 Communications
If you contact our support team, we retain the content of those communications to resolve your issue and improve our service.

Your mylink.ie profile page, bio links, and mini site are public by default when you share your mylink.ie URL. The content you choose to display on your public page is visible to anyone with the link. You control what content is shown and may update or remove it at any time from your dashboard.
Chargebee — We use Chargebee as our subscription management platform. Your email address, subscription plan, and billing details are stored in Chargebee to manage your subscription lifecycle. Chargebee's privacy policy is available at chargebee.com/privacy.
Payment Processors — JCC Payment Systems (Cyprus) and PayPal process subscription payments on our behalf. Your payment data is subject to their respective privacy policies.
Mini-Shop Processors — If you enable the mini-shop, your customers' payment data is processed by Stripe or PayPal under your own merchant account. We are not involved in this processing.
Analytics Providers — We use Google Analytics 4 to understand platform usage. Data is anonymised where possible. You can opt out via the cookie consent banner.
Hosting and Infrastructure — Our platform infrastructure providers may process your data as part of service delivery, under strict data processing agreements.

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 3 years after account closure. Your public bio link content remains accessible until you delete it or close your account. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Cyprus tax law. Subscription data held in Chargebee follows the same retention schedule. You may request earlier deletion where no legal obligation requires retention.

mylink.ie is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
