    How to get started?

    Getting started takes less than 2 minutes:

    1. Go to mylink.ie/login and enter your email and password.
    2. Verify your email with the OTP sent to your inbox.
    3. Set up your bio page — add links, choose a theme, and publish.

    How many types of Links can we create with Mylinkie?

    We can create three types of links.  

    1. Lite Link
    2. Profile Link
    3. Mini Site

    In addition, we can also build Story links that we can add to the Mini Site Bio. Amazingly, this link can be helpful elsewhere too!

    Is the Leap Link feature available in Lite Link?

    Yes. Leap Link lets you add a backup redirect URL to your link. If your original destination goes down, visitors are automatically redirected to your alternate URL for the duration you set.

    Is there a way to schedule a link for a particular time?

    Yes, we do! We can specify the duration for which the link will be active in your profile using the Scheduling Option.

    Can we enable or disable any section in the bio?

    Yes, we can use the toggle button to enable or disable any section in the profile.

    Is Mylinkie functional on both desktop and mobile?

    Yes, mylink.ie works on desktop and mobile browsers. We also have dedicated apps for iOS and Android – join the waitlist to be notified when they launch.

    Can I change my username even after the account is created?

     Of course we can change it through the Profile settings.

    Can we add more Custom sections on Mini Site?

    Yes, we can add scores of Custom sections on Mini Site.

    Can we include my social media profile links in Lite Link?

    Very much, we have an option to add any number of social media profiles in the Lite Link.

    Is it possible to acquire visitor analytics for my link?

    Yes indeed, we store visitor history in the database on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

    How can the links be positioned in the desired order?

    Links can be positioned in the desired manner with the help of drag and drop features.

    Can we set priority to my added links?

    Sure, we can prioritize links using the predefined set of colors.

    Can we customize the available predefined themes?

    Totally, we can change the preset themes by changing the background image, brand logo, button color, text color, icon style, and border color.

    Can we add audio and video streaming links?

    Yes, we can add audio and video streaming links in Mini Site.

    Is it possible to delete any link?

    Yes, it can be done through the Link Hub where you have an option to select any link and delete it.

    What are the significant features included in the Free plan?

    All Links come with a Free Trial for 7-days where we can create one link of each type.

    Can I upgrade or downgrade plans at any point in time?

    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you wish.

    Are there any cancellation charges applicable if I change the plan before any subscription ends?

    No, there are no cancellation charges for subscription cancellation.

    What are the various payment options available?

    Payment can be made via PayPal, Credit, or Debit Card.

    What are the various plans in Mylinkie?

    There are three Plans in Mylinkie, Free Plan, Weekly Plan, and Monthly Plan.

    How do I manage my subscription?

    All billing and subscription management is handled through our Chargebee customer portal at proceedinteractive.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login – log in with the email you used at checkout.

    How do I cancel?

    Log in to the Chargebee portal and cancel from there. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal in EUR and USD.
