This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations regarding payments.<\/p>\n\n<h3>1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee<\/h3>\n<p>We offer a <strong>30-day money-back guarantee<\/strong> on all new subscriptions \u2014 free trial conversions and direct paid subscriptions alike. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your initial subscription date, you are entitled to a full refund.<\/p>\n<p>To request a refund, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:support@proceedinteractive.com\">support@proceedinteractive.com<\/a> with your registered email address and reason for the request. We will process your refund within 2\u20135 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.<\/p>\n\n<h3>2. After the 30-Day Window<\/h3>\n<p>After 30 days from the initial subscription date, refunds are not available for the current billing period. This applies to weekly, monthly, and annual plans. If you cancel after the 30-day window, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period and will not auto-renew.<\/p>\n\n<h3>3. Non-Refundable Items<\/h3>\n<p>The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Subscription renewals where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date<\/li>\n<li>Charges incurred more than 30 days before the refund request<\/li>\n<li>Payments made through your own mini-shop (these are between you and your customers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>6.
